Mail - Mail your completed order form to us.

Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Personal check, Money Order, or we can ship C.O.D. No merchandise will be shipped to past due accounts.
Shipping - We ship via UPS, USPS & Freight. All merchandise shipped FOB Stowe, VT. All packages are insured.
Canada & PR - Shipping Price based on actual rate. If a package arrives damaged please call us for instructions.

International Orders - Please contact us via email for shipping rates. Or, placeorder on website and we will contact you with cost prior to shipment.

Returns

All returns must have our written or verbal consent. We ask you call within 10 days of receipt of goods if you plan to make a return. All returned packages must be prepaid and insured for the full value of the item(s) returned.

Instrument Returns

All instrument returns must have our written or verbal consent. We ask you call within 7 days of receipt of instrument. A detailed instruction sheet will accompany your order. Please follow directions exactly when receiving an instrument.

Strings

We do not guarantee any string regardless of price or quality once it has been put on an instrument.

Backorders

Items under $20 will not be backordered. After four weeks a backorder will be cancelled. You will not be charged for an item that is not shipped.
